Perfection
Auto Detail was founded in 1979 as a mobile auto detail business. In
1985 we realized that a permanent location would better serve our
clients as well as our employees as we could work out of the
elements, control the lighting, provide quality control on all
vehicles and always have on hand any supplies and equipment that may
possibly be needed. Additionally, we would be able to comply with
local waste water filtration standards as well as provide our
customers with engine steam cleaning. We set up shop in Mountain
View and have been there ever since. We recently moved into a newly
remodeled location to better serve our clients. We have maintained
the same ownership and management since 1979. Although we have
detailed over 60,000 vehicles we are far from a "production" type of
shop.
We take great care and pride on every vehicle whether it's a
show-winning Ferrari or the family minivan. We realize that every
car is special to its owner no matter the brand or value of the
vehicle. From our concept our goal has been to use the finest
polishes, tools, and chemicals, and to do each step the proper way
-- not the quickest or cheapest way -- and still be able to keep the
cost reasonable. Our clients range from college students to CEO's
and retirees. Many of our clients we have had for well over 20
years. We have done very little advertising through the years and
most of our work is obtained on a referral basis from our existing
clients. We feel if a client is willing to trust us with their pride
and joy, that we owe them a great experience. We have recently
received a Consumers Checkbooks highest customer satisfaction rating
of 100% and are proud to be a Clean Bay business. Our employees are
our biggest asset and are all journeymen detailers averaging over 10
years experience.
